Salvador Caacbay is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) with an MBA. He currently serves in the MENA region as a Planning and Controlling specialist at Amadeus, where he supports finance operations across the Middle East and Africa. In his role, Salvador ensures the integrity of local statutory financials in partnership with business service centers in Madrid and Nice, and provides support to business teams in areas such as commercial finance, accounting, internal controls, and general administration. His previous experience includes significant positions such as Assistant Manager at Deloitte Middle East, Finance Controller at Calcium Advertising, and Project Controller at Boskalis, showcasing his extensive expertise in financial reporting, strategic business initiatives, and internal auditing. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Paris, France.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Salvador is the Program Director of INFRES, the international certification arm of the Institute of Global Education and Management. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in producing over 100 Filipino CMAs in the UAE, significantly contributing to the professional advancement of Filipino accountants in the region. His dedication to education and professional development is further evidenced by his tenure as an Accounting Instructor at the University of Pasig.
