Thomas Padua is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in management accounting, auditing, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Management Accountant at Shelf Drilling in Dubai, UAE, he has previously held significant roles such as Senior Accountant at TUV SUD Middle East and Senior Auditor at HLB International. Thomas is well-versed in US GAAP, variance analysis, and internal controls, holding multiple certifications including CPA, CMA (U.S.), and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Saint Louis University (PH) and an Associate’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Baguio.

In addition to his corporate roles, Thomas is a CPA and CMA lecturer at INFRES, the international certification arm of the Institute of Global Education and Management, and PMECPAR, the Philippine CPA Review arm of IGEM group.
